When should I expect my art to arrive?

We always offer FREE shipping! We print all art on demand. It takes about 4 business days before shipping. Depending on where you live in the Continental US, it could take between 3-5 days to reach you. We only ship to the continental US. If you ever wonder how much longer you have to wait, please CONTACT us, and we’ll be happy to check to see where your art is in the process.

Can I pick up my piece of art in person?

Yes.

Where can I see your art in person?

Currently, we have pieces at The Arts Alliance of the White Mountains in Show Low, Arizona, Furniture Brat in Gilbert, Arizona, and The Western’s Mercantile in Taylor, Arizona. Celestial does not sell her art online in any other location than this website.

How do I hang my art?

Most people tend to hang their art too high. Art should generally be about 57” from the floor. This allows all your art to look professionally hung. Most galleries hang their art about that same height. When you look at the art, it should be at eye level. This height also marries your other furniture, rugs, and accessories better when art is hung at this level. Enjoy your new artwork!

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Prints and/or original paintings may only be returned if damaged in shipping. Please take a photo of the damage and email the photo to info@celestialwilliams.com within 48 hours of receiving the product; then, further instructions will be emailed to you.

We take great pride in our products. Each order is printed when you order, therefore we can not accept returns. Please double-check your order before completion. No returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size.

I want a different size than what you offer on your website. Can I place a special order?

CONTACT us, and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your design needs. We can print on canvas, metal, acrylic, wood, and more.
